The patisserie side of The Vanilla Bakery is the most changeable diverse area of our business; because the flavours and inventions never stop still. I derive inspiration from the seasons, not just from what produce is in season, but also how the changing weather makes us feel, which then impacts on our appetites.
Tartlets, Pies, Quiches, Rustic Pizzas, Muffins, Cheesecakes, Gateaux’s, Biscuits… they are all made with you in mind, and for what you might be desiring at this particular moment in time.

As well as gracing our stalls, most of our selections are available for private order and perfect for any occasion. We can make mini/individual versions of most, which make them perfect for that pop in the mouth appeal.
